		<description>You can never write those orange Cheetahs off and they so nearly proved that.

Wrong decisions from a ref can definitely influence a game and the temperament of players. I agree that not always are the inexperienced refs to blame for getting a call wrong and at times the &quot;decent&quot; more experienced refs also blow a wrong call as well.  

I haven&#039;t actually seen that email you mentioned, maybe you could forward it onto readers@blogspotrugby.com

I&#039;m sure everyone have by now received the mail about all the mistakes he made. Not just him, but the line referees as well.
This has become a trend in Rugby these days, for referees to do what they want, seeing that there is no repercussions for their actions.

a Player gets sited after a match for mistakes he made during the match. a referee gets away with all his mistakes.
The IRB should start a point system where the referees gets points to their name for every mistake they make on the field.
In the end the ref with the least points would get handed better matches. Then the whole experience crap can fall away, cause these days its the more experienced refs that cause teams to loose.</description>
