 If we talk about consistency in stiff arm tackles when the Blues wing Ranger with the mop of hair moved in on Doppies le Grange he used a stiff arm swinging deliberately at Doppies´s jaw, knocked his jawline out the way and then connected the ball it popped out of his grip, so a citing should be posted!! what happened???</description>
