@Bryan, thanks for the comment. I totally agree with you, the standard of referees is not where it needs to be. Refs need to be accountable for their performances. Unfortunately sometimes the damage will already have been done, but it should count for future reference. The IRB also needs to do more to lift the standard of refereeing.

I think something needs to be done re the reffing inconsistencies. Some of these guys need to be cited too…
